About EASYRIDE Corporate/Community Partner Program

Trinity Metro EASYRIDE is a corporate/community partner program that provides transit discounts to Tarrant County organizations and their associates. The program allows organizations to offer transit discounts as a part of their benefits package while saving money. It also provides their associates access to safe, reliable public transportation. Local transit options include Trinity Metro buses, TEXRail and Trinity Railway Express (TRE) from Fort Worth to Centre Port and ZIPZONE ridesharing. Regional options include all bus and rail services offered by Trinity Metro, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA).

How EASYRIDE Works

Getting started is easy! Just contact Trinity Metro at EASYRIDE@ridetm.org. We have select plan options to meet your specific business needs. It costs nothing to join the program, and once your organization completes an agreement with Trinity Metro, your EASYRIDE point person will receive registration instructions, along with a unique code. Then you and your associates are on your way to receiving a 25% discount on transit tickets! Trinity Metro will also provide additional resources for you to promote the program.

How do I purchase my ticket online?

First-time User

If you are a first-time user paying by credit card, follow the steps below to get started:
  • Enter the company code received from your Benefits Administrator or authorized company representative
  • Add desired ticket you would like to purchase to your cart
  • Proceed to Checkout to create an account and complete purchase

Returning User

If you are a returning user paying by credit card, follow the steps below to get started:
  • Enter the company code received from your Benefits Administrator or authorized company representative
  • Add desired ticket you would like to purchase to your cart
  • Proceed to Checkout to log into your account and complete purchase

What if I want to pay by cash, check, or money order?

Everyone is required to register on the new website, this includes those making cash or check purchases.

For monthly tickets: Monthly or annual tickets may be paid by cash/check/money order. If you would prefer to mail in a check you can do so like this:

Where do I pick up my ticket?

EASYRIDE ticket pick up and ticket available at the following location:

Monthly Ticket

Monthly ticket will be mailed to the address provided online in your account unless a scheduled pickup is arranged in advance by calling 817-215-8738.

Annual Ticket

Annual tickets are not shipped. Photo ID badges must be produced at the following location only.
